5+ years of production-grade Technical Writing across SaaS, API, and CRM platforms. 6 self-built AI tools and browser extensions — built out of curiosity and hands-on learning. A writer who understands what they document — open to Senior/Lead Technical Writer and Developer Advocate roles globally.
Most technical writers write about products. I also build them. That intersection makes the documentation — and the developer empathy — better.
5+ years of end-to-end documentation ownership for live SaaS products — API references, knowledge bases, CRM operation manuals, developer guides, cybersecurity playbooks, and UX writing. Built documentation systems that reduce support load and drive product adoption for global clients.
6 self-built AI tools and browser extensions — built independently out of curiosity, learning, and a desire to understand the developer experience from the inside. Built with Claude Vision, Google AI Studio, ERNIE LLM, Chrome/Firefox Manifest V3, React Native, and Canvas APIs. Not client work — personal builds that directly inform how I document APIs and developer tools.
End-to-end ownership across product, developer, and operational documentation — built for real users and real release cycles.
REST API references, authentication flows, endpoint docs, integration guides, SDK docs, error handling, and technical onboarding for engineering and developer teams.
User manuals, feature guides, onboarding flows, release notes, and configuration docs for SaaS platforms across e-commerce, hospitality, CRM, and booking systems.
Structured KB architecture, self-service content systems, troubleshooting guides, and help centre documentation designed for discoverability and measurable support load reduction.
Incident response playbooks (NIST SP 800-61), security process docs, compliance guides, and SOC-aligned operational documentation for security teams.
End-to-end workflow documentation for CRM platforms — lead intake, dispatch, invoicing, payment — built for non-technical users at enterprise scale. Bitrix24, Salesforce.
In-application instructional content, tooltips, onboarding flows, and interface messaging — aligned with product terminology, design systems, and established style standards.
Documentation is a product. Every project follows the same disciplined process — from discovery to a maintained, living document that stays accurate as the product evolves.
Working directly with the product — and often building it — to understand what needs documenting, who the audience is, and what they need to accomplish. When I can't build it, I interview product owners and engineers to gather accurate technical context before writing a single word.
Planning the content structure before drafting. Deciding content types (concept, task, reference), defining the topic hierarchy, identifying reuse opportunities, and structuring the KB or doc set so users can navigate by task, not by how the product was built.
Writing iteratively against established style standards (Microsoft Style Guide, Google Developer Documentation Style Guide for developer-facing content). Sending drafts to SMEs and product stakeholders for technical accuracy review before any content is published or handed off.
Publishing to the appropriate channel — help centre, GitHub Pages, PDF, or in-app — and maintaining documentation through product updates and feature releases. Documentation is not done at first publish. A doc that's wrong is worse than no doc.
Tracking real outcomes: support ticket reduction, self-service rates, stakeholder feedback, and user behaviour signals. The Bitrix24 KB reduced tier-1 support dependency by approximately 40%. Documentation that can't be measured can't be improved.
Personal builds and professional documentation work. The AI tools were built independently to understand developer workflows firsthand. The documentation projects are real client work.
